Procedure: Wait for dozen 2 to hit. Depending on where it hits bets are placed:
if ds 13/18 hit---> 1u on ds 19/24 are bet and 1u on LOW.
if ds 19/24 hit---> 1u on ds 13/18 are bet and 1u on HIGH.
When bets are placed begin progression (both the ds and the H/L are bet)

STOP and Restart when the ds is hit.
