This "person" is always online, never once placed a bet.
Can we put a stop to this nonsense so others who are playing can actually use the "ready" button
and speed up the process ?

A bankroll of 390 units without ever placing a bet. Something must be wrong.
There have been multiple users with behavior like a bot. For example, constantly clicking ready but with no bets, for long hours. Why a bot? To collect spins and maybe expoit repeating spin file. If thats their goal, its not going to work as I keep an eye on file progress.
Anyway possible solutions to lurkers:
- delete account (not final solution)
- vote to kick player, by other online players (could be abused)
- ip or isp banning (reasonable solution but not perfect)
- auto kicking with no activity (easy to circumvent)
- visit house and bash player with bat (effective but unrealistic)
- ip approval list (only approved ips can play (solves the problem but creates other problems)
- regular captcha / verification question for flagged accounts (to make sure real person is there. But too easy to create new account
Any other ideas?
One idea
Have the ready checkbox set by default, and disabled.
When a player makes a bet, uncheck the ready box automatically, then the player checks the checkbox when ready.
Check if everyone is ready starting 5 seconds after the start of a round to give players time to place the initial bet.
Even simpler solution if some one is not placing bets for 10-15 spins auto log out the user. It's like the time out function in some websites.

I track numbers waiting for the right conditions, sometimes it takes 20 numbers.
Nothing wrong with bots also, as long as they check the ready box. Normy´s bot checks it.
Some methods require even more numbers in advance before bets are placed.
How about a "Bet R&B?" button that will automatically check the ready box? If zero hits you lose 2 units, but it keeps the wheel spinning...

Then people would complain they constantly missed out and didnt have enough time to make that initial bet. It would create too much of a problem.

Yes but many players wait for triggers so it isnt viable.
Even if there were no bets for some time, a bot could just make a random bet to stay connected. I dont have a problem with bots besides the attempt for cheating, but it wouldnt really be a problem anymore. Other problem is the check box.

It might help but can still introduce problems.
Maybe just auto kick if user hasnt bet for a while, but with a prompt to stay logged on. But we cant force people to tick the box. Keep the ideas coming..

I will have a proper look monday and remove obvious duplicate accounts. Anyone could just create a new account if they lost a lot with another account. But the ranking algorithm wont put them higher unless theyve had success in the longer term. The person you mentioned is way down on the leaderboard.
