I found it amusing you posted bet the last 5, as i'm looking at last 10 for some years now and like Mr DUH,cough, quotes ideas get recycled.
Well thats what people do they sit down and test, you should not take notice of what others say as the only way to know is to test for your self, they might just over looked something.
Lets look at complete a street. How many times are you watching for the number to complete the street 31,? 33, whilst waiting for the #32, the other 2#'s hit, or even #'s 30,34 hit. So if one was to test for many months, one might come to the conclusion to bet 1unit on the street and 1 unit on 30,32,34 but as Mr Finger does not discuss his elaborate ideas no more, its down to some one to recycle that idea,which he probably recycled anyway.
So in other words, after ten spins bet the two dozens that hit the most.

The eventual problem with this is that some time the slow dozen will become
dominant. It's during that time that things will even out. When the new
dozen appears and gives losses.
