Anyone ever see this and play with it?

Mogul,
If it is John Legend's pattern breaker, you will find several well-developed threads both here and at betselection.cc.

John Legend was a controversial poster and his posts generated a lot of heated discussion (every bit as acrimonious as the presidential campaigns currently going on !).

The thing is - even if you wait for one pattern to fall into sleep and then start betting it will not show - you will have the odds 1 in 8.
Same as you bet against the last hitting pattern not repeat again which has the odds 1 in 8.

But i understand the feeling about pattern breaker where a pattern can fall into sleep for a very long period of time.
But same apply for a repeat of a pattern which can take for ever.

I would recommend to list all patterns until you have a show of each one.
Then you will get a window of imbalance where you will see at least one repeat and at least a new pattern that show.

So you have to explore the cycle and decide if you are going to aim for new events or repeaters.

and  i would recommend that you follow each cycle to become complete Before tracking a new one.
Then within  does cycles you need to find a cycle where all 8 patterns hit once each with no repeat which have 99% probability for not happening.
