Then Ken came along and ruined it as is his want.
A few years later I bumped that excellent thread, and Ken who now had moderator status (thanks Steve) deleted the whole thing because it made him look like such a dropkick dipshit douchebag imbecile.
I was very cranky with myself for reminding him of the thread, and felt personally responsible for it's demise.
