If the Blanc brothers designed or had it designed, it looks like the mat stayed the same.
I believe that the 00 wheel was sold to America (only what i've read) so the mat had to be considered for the 0 wheel. look to the placement on 0wheel to 00wheel, changed position of numbers, but some look to be in same place, so why not change the mat as well as the ring.
Is there any combos been overlooked, dont the experts like Marten Jensen & co say bet streets and certain doz to get a better coverage, dont they think that when they were designing it, that they didn't try every combo, so again is there a combo been overlooked, or is there one on the 00wheel that blanc's found so got shot of the 00 wheel

Always felt they went a bit lazy when they (whoever they are) came up with the euro wheel design. Not particular future proff either .. clearly  having all high/red and low/black to the right of the zero .. and all the low/red and high/black to the left makes it very to navigate, remember where the numbers is & know if you won or lost even before its announched (if you are playing like a 12-15 number area etc). Clearly they didnt suspect handheld electronics could be used to predict ball landing zone or they would have scrambled everything a bit more like the US wheel.

Never really studied or played the US wheel much so cant say if there some other noticable meaning behind the US wheel. I do like how my local casino site mildly described the US rng wheel .. "why dont you try it? its more fun as there is more to play on". Yay! lol, talk about luring in the newbies.

ok some thinking...see attached two files, one called rigged (is not rigged is random) has doz 1 hiting bad, when i put labels on numbers such as 0 is 0,32 is 1,15 is 2 and so on and run again same rigged spins but this time i note the labeled number instead of true number <ex.32 hit but i marked it as 1> then we do not have 1st dozen that bad anymore...strange

Maestro
on labelled, spin 1 is #21 but on called  rigged we have #23, at spins 4 rigged is 23 and labelled shows 3, should it not be 21
