I have found this system when googling around on another post. . Some do claim that this

Is this true ? This would only be possible to use with a double zero wheel.

U can try this system all one likes, but ignoring
the beautiful :smile: Green Zero, is surely missing the point.
Its one, just one of 37 individual numbers on a contrarotating
circular device, which results in a travelling ball landing on one of the
37 numbered keeper sockets.
The Zero has as much chance of the ball landing on/in
it as any of the other 36 numbered sockets.
As for Red Even and Black Odd having greater hit rates,
it just begs the obvious question- WHY?
I'll test the hypothesis first, but maybe I'll not be forgetting
my green goblin!! :-\
