My Machine is designed to estimate ball velocity and predicts final position based on some standard baselines that need to be measured on the wheel. i have implemented it in C and Java.
This system predicted the correct 1/8th of the wheel in 7 of 33 trials giving an expected yield of 56%
Don't forget to patent it.
My system doesn't require a machine and it's predicted correctly 1 out of 1 trial, having won 100% of the time!

Horizontal axis : # trial
position or pocket 0 is the initial prediction (focus point), the zone that range from 0-18 is very hits saturated, that’s my zone !
I play zone 0-18, the house defends itself with zone 19-36 !

There are only positive results, that is, from 0 to 37 or so.
If zero is the point where the ball leaves the track, ok. But if zero is your bull's eye, certainly there must have been negative results, i.e. ball landing before your target, like 4 pockets counterclockwise. Along with the positive value, where the ball lands further than expected...

I automated the test, I took a chunk of 10k spins and imputed them into a software program, apparently 7100 spins were considered valid spins because they were recorded with spin direction !

What you're doing isn't VB! You can't measure wheel speed using automated software LOL!!! You're just chasing dealer signatures.
So in your graph, the darkest areas should be at the bottom towards zero, and above, towards 37. I see the most dense region is from 5 to 20. Do I conclude the ball lands mostly about 12-15 pockets further than expected?

That's not the wheel speed.
The distance between 19 and 36 does not represent wheel speed. You're just graphing the dealer's signature yardage. That method is as old as the hills.
I'm beginning to think that there's a translation problem between English and your native language. You're just not understand what wheel speed represents.

According to the result of the analysis, the optimal setting is 12 - 16 numbers
But I think it doesn’t matter much !
Even with only 3 numbers, it can still come ahead
Regarding randomness, i can’t comment on RNG, i never wanted to test or develop any system for RNG, there you have a randomness problem and you can’t overcome it.
Now regarding accuracy, it is somehow known that real wheels behave according to the cause and effect model.
That can help us a lot if we find the relation between cause and effect, I personally was able to decode the cause and effect based on some algorithms that I have developed, I then ran stress tests to see how it behaves, as you can see, spins were almost predictable by betting the recommend range of pockets

First of all, you missing here the point, this particular implementation is not only for land casino, I developed it mainly for online casino ( I mean live wheels no RNG ).
As per live wheels, there is no problem with the time, in fact you are going to place your bets in time.

If they are absolute values, the graph should stop at 19.
Or, I should suppose almost all of the ball landing were further than you guessed, and only few landed before, hence the lower events with 35-36 pockets.
