Track and keep update the last 4 hot numbers, hit at least twice each , out the hot no which hit
more than 5 ( or 6 ) times and replace with other (new) one.
Now , when that 4 hot numbers and the two wheel neighbors of each( or close numbers)didn t hit for
few spins (at least 3 spins) start to bet that 12 numbers. But, if on that 3 spins hit one ot 2 of the neighbors ,
then can replace with other close numbers . Can also start without wait that few spins(pers. decision)
