Interested to see if anyone can test stats about the hottest number from spin 1 until hit two times in a row'

It will average 1 in 37 spins for single 0 wheel. Simple math.

Interested to see if anyone can test stats about the hottest number from spin 1 until hit two times in a row'

Define hottest?  Hottest in one spin, ten spins, 100 spins?

Start tracking from spin 1 only reset on a hit (same number two in row) hottest meaning the current hottest, so new numbers can replace it, after one spin the first number is hottest until a number hits twice then that's the new hottest until a number hits three times then that's the new hottest etc'', if multiple numbers all have hit say three times the bet just stays on the first to have hit' so always betting one number '

Really want to see all the points where the hottest hits twice in a row ie the spin numbers where it hits

Thanks for your help

"so both bets have to be completed or won to re set ''

Hoping for a "window" instead of the usual 1/1269

I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but here's a simple excel that tracks for the first number that came twice in a row and shows the hottest number at that point.
Note, the tracking doesn't reset after two in a row happened, so it's better to generate a fresh set of numbers. It also doesn't show if there are two hottest numbers with the same number of appearances. I don't know how that could be done in excel.

I like dat ati
Does it change all the numbers when press f9? Need wait till at a pc

So when it says hottest number at that point two or more numbers could be at a draw for the hottest?

Yes, F9 will generate new random numbers, and there could be draws for the hottest numbers when a repeat occurs.

I did a quick search in google and there are ways to show the 2nd, 3rd etc hottest numbers, but it would take some time for me to figure out how that works as a number of different formulas need to be linked together.
It seems to me that on my sheet if for example there are two different hottest numbers that both repeated five times, column D shows the first number that got to five repeats.

ATI I'm thinking that for example a number is hit five times and it's only one to hit 5 times it's then continued to bet bet regardless of another hits five times until a number hits 6 times
If that's a new number the bet is then changed to the 6 hitter until a 7 hitter

Still u did basically what I want thanks

Also not too bothered by second or third hottest just that the first to reach a new high is. Bet until a new number beats it then when two bets in a row are won back to back it re sets'

The re set isn't essential either

I'll give you a little guidance on how to design something that is able to balance your chances with roulette.
Note that in millions of spins coldest numbers can sleep up to 600 spins.
Now check back to back win, Unless I've seen in surprising situations that it exceeded 400 spins, but this is extremely rare.
What does it mean  ?
The probability has been reduced by almost 1/3.
So it follows from this that HE is reduced.
In addition, we know that the game of one number causes the smallest impact of HE on the game.

Here's a question for you, what you would do now, if you already know that playing one number is win back to back is one of the better bet selections.?

Use the Excel RANK function to establish which nr is the hottest.

Will share a file when I have time.

Mmhalright,

got this file that tells the nr's ''hotness'', i.e. rank, once they hit.

There are two variable to consider:
1)  Amount of hit
2) Spins since last hit.

The first variable mostly does the job, but on equal hits, the second helps giving each nr a ''hotness'' rank.

Column E&F: rank before and after hit;
Column H: Back-to-back occurence

Rest is stats:
Col. J&K: On Xth back-to-back occurence, on which rank was the nr.
L&M: B-t-b hit per rank.

Quite rough file, no user-friendliness, but it's something already.

Awesome bigbroben
Will look when at pic

Does it appear that hotter numbers have more chance of double up than colder? Or all numbers evenly chance of double up?

No it gives them different ranks.  Same number of hits is the first condition, spins since last hits is the second.

Here is a new file where you see the nrs sorted by their rank as the spins go by.

Enjoy!

Whats the point on ranking them if the odds of them spinning next are no different to any other number?

There is no point.

I just love coding Excel and learning new functions.

But there would be a point if it is used to check for biased wheel.
Or just another way of sorting them out.  Like shuffling Legos and replacing them differently in the box.
