Title: Rabbit-Hole MoneyManagement
Post by: ignatus on Jan 03, 03:53 PM 2020
OK, any comments are welcome.

I have then decided to use this MM, i call "Rabbit Hole Moneymangement".

That is short, IF you have a system that you can be pretty sure it will ALWAYs sooner or later reach a positive BR.

You have to put out a pretty large Amount (sometimes) to Reach that Small wingoal then for an example i STOP as soon as i reach +1000u.

So, lets say you have a BR/STOPLOSS of -1000u (Which i have in my example) then perhaps you L L L that BR. But then? You W W W W.  OPS! +1000u reached!

This way, (IF you trust your system enough, that it WILL reach a positive Result,....in the End,...but that may take some time and perhaps you need several Banks Before that Target is Reached).

Played this way, you will, in the End Always reach a positive BR.

ofc, maybe you have to put a TOTAL STOP of  LOSS OF BANKs (But that means your system is not good enough, not this MoneyManagement-method).

Example Pictures. Look at STATs ;

"LowestBR" (This is the lowest total LOSS/all lost BRs added up togheter data)
"TotalBR" (This is The Wingoal Reached data)

so, in these examples i have proved this MM works (Although it MAY TAKE TIME and a Pretty Large Total Bank) before Target is reached.  O0

*Note to Self now...played 20 Sessions 18 Target Was Reached.

2 Sessions was down the Rabbit Hole (didtn´t Reach the Positive Target)

So Total +18 000 Then From 18 sessions won, (With a BR of 1000u) and (Wingoal +1000)

LowestBR was about 9000u. so? The Question IS How Large should the TOTAL BANK be? /Total Stoploss.

This must be in Relation to the winnings.

Questions need still To be Answered.

I figure Total Bank must be somewhere between BR*3 or BR*4 That sounds Reasonable? or

Trust is not enough, I want to know and be 100% sure of what can happen. :)

Anyway, I can't help with the MM, I believe in bet selection. No progressions or stop/win goals for me.  :P

What is the goal when creating a system? If it's for the satisfaction that the chart looks nice, then it's ok. But if it's for actual spin by spin play with real money, then I think several realistic things need to be considered. Apart from table limits, do you have â,¬9,000 or whatever the BR requirement is to deposit and risk to try out a system that may win, but could also lose? I think 99.9% of the players can't afford that.
If you play with smaller units like 10 cents, does it worth your time to play thousands of spins for a small profit?

Running a bot would be a different story though.

Yes, true story. also this putting a large BANK wont work effectivly. Once the LOSS happens, its very bad. SO Forget about this thread then,..ok. Just play as usual. With a bank. All im using now/MONEyMANAGEMENT. I have a "wingoal" of 150% of the BR That seems to work best. Atlest for me, now...:) Cheers

A good topic Ignatus :)

Card Counters think "Rabbithole MM" also.
It a matter of being patient imo with a good system.
