Some people still dont understand, so I'll dumb it down.
1. RNG roulette is the same as slot machines. The only difference is different computer animations.
2. You dont win billions of dollars at real casinos. It just never happens. But it's a DAILY thing on free games like Parx online. Take a look at today's leaderboard.

3. 4. The people who win billions at Parx are wining there.... because they cant do it anywhere with real money.

Anyone who was motivated to win a rigged game with play money could do it. and win billions. But actually spending the time required to win billions in play money is not something to brag about.
I would love to have the time to prove my point and win billions in play money. But I don't have time. Besides, lots of others do it anyway. I think it's awesome they have so much time to waste.
