Title: Roulette Xtreme purchased but can't use?

I have a new laptop and  downloaded and played finished the trial version. I have purchased once more. I had already purchased once many years ago. But forget about porting, i don't mind paying once again. Thing is, I can't play as it keeps saying trial is over. Support told me to install a file Lichinestaller.exe into the folder. Done it but still not working. Now they are ignoring my emails. Can anyone help? Better to just directly buy the product instead of using trial. Now i'm stuck

Give them time.
I had the same issue. They helped me out Didn't have to rebuy it again.
