Something like this sounds acceptable, but you'd have to go to real casinos, with maximum amount of time between hitting the same casino.
Okay, send me 5k, and I will going to play in real casinos, than split the incomes.
I might not split profits, but choose to just pay someone x amount of $ per hour to place bets for me.
If you are genuinely interested, I would probably have to know where you live and information that somewhat proves you probably won't rip me off, like a criminal background check.
