hi there
choosing the 6 numbers is not important, random thing.

Hi,
Can use this levels, W or L5 :
Lev 1:
1,1,1,1,1
Lev 2:
2,2,2,2,3
Lev 3:
3,3,4,4,4
Lev 4:
5,5,6,6,7
Lev 5( optional):
8,10,12,15,20

If play online can start with 0,10 base
and add one or two more levels.
Down level if  L5, up level if W (only if need to recover at new high, or close to last high)
Other option is extended fibo by Winkel
1,1,1,1,1
2,2,2,2,2
3,3,3,3,3
5,5,5,5,5
8,8,8,8,8
...so on......

In both options You decide if want to use it as negative or positive progression.
Of course the best option is flatbet if posible..    ;D

Kattila:

As per the fibonacci proposed by Winkel for dozen :
Do you know how many hits  in each level of the progression is required to obtain a profit ?

For the sake of simplicity, what is the required #hits in each level in order to be profitable ?

Suppose you lose level 1 and level 2
You enter level 3, now how many hits you need to exit the progression with profits and so on !!?

The Fibonacci proposed by Winkel, and also the above by Kattila, are intended to give a profit on that specific level of progression.  A single win on the step will bring bankroll higher than at the beginning of that level.  It does not compensate for losses on previous progression level.  Up to the player then to decide to decrease or increase bet after such a hit.

On the other hand, dynamic progressions can be easily parameterized and automatically calculated as wished by the player: to reach a new high on one, or two, or more hits.

Variables:
High, max (M)
Actual score (A)
Difference (D)
Net on win (N)
Units (progression) to reach new high on win (P)
Wished hits to reach new high (H).
Units to play per number (U).

M-A=D
D/N=P
P/H=U

So let's say you play 6 numbers, you're down 100u from previous high.  You want to be back up in 2 hits.

D=100
Net= 36-6=30
D/N=P= 3.33333.
H=2
U=3.333333/2, or round it up to 2.

A hit will get you up 60 points, 40 left to catch back.

This can easily be formulated on Excel or any other program.
Wanting to reach a new high on 2 or more hits really helps to soften the progression.  And somehow postpones the moment that will arrive, soon or later, where you will hand out the chip stash to the dealer.

tks guys, katilla your progression scares me a little, I must be honest, it would be interesting to do some tests.
