Title: Bet Voyager - is a withdrawal of funds ever possible from this Casino Operator?
Post by: chrisbis on Feb 28, 03:53 PM 2011
Hello everyone.

I recently joined Bet Voyager, (9TH Feb 2011), since I could see the benefits of playing certain types of systems, there, and quite a few Other forum members had seemed to intimate, that it was above all else, a good place to do business!

The word 'Fair' had been mentioned somewhere!

Then I win some money. [reveal][attachimg=#1][/reveal]

Then I request a withdrawal. [reveal][attachimg=#2][/reveal]

They offer me an automatic withdrawal, of the same funds I had deposited, back into the same E-Wallet account.

Then I get barred/blocked from my on-line Bet Voyager account, and referred back to the mother ship- Bet Cruise.[reveal][attachimg=#3][/reveal]

I mail them.[reveal][attachimg=#4][/reveal]

They mail back.[reveal][attachimg=#7][attachimg=#5][/reveal]

I mail saying How?[reveal][attachimg=#6][/reveal]

I send in the information they request.

They mail back a curious reply![reveal][attachimg=#10][/reveal]

I just mailed back.[reveal][attachimg=#8][/reveal]

My play-through stats.[reveal][attachimg=#9][/reveal]

Tell me please, those of you who have played at BV, and have withdrawn cash, have you had these problems too?

Any help much appreciated.

Dear Chris,
You should not have used other's e-wallet to fund a casino or otherwise, should not allow someone else to use your e-wallet. It is illegal. One e-wallet should be used by one player only. nothing wrong. betvoyager creates trouble only if something is not going with rules.

Do U have trouble reading a flow of messages Albalaha?

I have not.................used anyone else's facility.

I have one account.

I have one e-wallet facility

I have only used that one e-wallet facility.

That e-wallet facility is my own account, belonging to me, opened with Photo, and address ID by ME.

In fact, it took a whole fortnight to open the MoneyBookers account because their security is really tight.

Every time I deposit some money into MY MoneyBookers account, MY bank fraud department calls me,
to check that's it me who has made the payment.

And if they can not get in touch with me for whatever reason, they temporarily suspend my account.
So I really could not either have multiple accounts, nor use someone else's e-wallet to deposit money, or ask for a withdrawal.

These payments, and the withdrawal request, are all from/to the same e-wallet account/facility.

You could try asking for advice at the Casinomeister forum

do they have phone support as well? maybe try to call them. that's weird. must be some kind of error. Who would play them if they just created troubles like this with no reason. Must be some kind of error, they have to check and fix it.

Thank You to everyone who looked in and esp to those who commented.

I'm very, very happy to inform Forum that the matter has now be resolved to great success.  :xd:

A big big thank you to the Staff at Bet Cruise (Bet Voyager mother ship), for helping me to sort the situation quickly and expeditiously.

My account is now open, and the withdrawal 'confusion' has also been solved to my absolute satisfaction.

Great job Bet Voyager. Thank U so much.

You should've took a deep breath initially and let good casinos sort themselves out first.   These things happen from time to time.    Patience and a little faith is all it takes.   BV is optimal.

I took several deep- deep breaths my friend......................
till all the oxygen in the room was exhausted!

Just glad they at BV, were able to 'correct' an error.

Great to be back there.

And yes...............its a good place in the main.

@ ThomasGrant.............sorry Tom................been real busy work wise,  but thank U for the PM. I get what U mean............I seen others messages on BV Chat service with a similar question!!

@Iggiv

Yes they do have phone contact number.
Fortunately I did not have to ring the other side of the world to resolve.

Tho with BV's positioning, Antilles N.F, which just happens to be off the Northern cost of Venezuela,
I did consider asking Victor to just pop down the road from where he is, hop on a boat, and slip over to them.........and have a word in their shell like..................!.

Luckily It got sorted, otherwise Victor would have willingly got suited and Booted Up Commando Style,
with the Milk Tray Chocolates between his teeth, and Ab-sailed over there sharp-ish
.................I know he would do that for one of his 'Brothers'.

Some Recent Pictures of VLS in 'action'.

Cheers all.

Hi, Chris

What kind of mistake was that, Chris?

Would you explain us to avoid it in the future?!

...and is it was your mistake or their(BV), I didn't understand it?

If that have had their mistake I'm doubting that they maybe have tried don't pay you?!!

Sorry, but I think there is some logic at that case!...maybe you just have inserted too much money on their casino!

I personally have deposited max. 50 euros on BV ...don't know about the others

Thanks

Normally bevoyager does not create any trouble in deposits and withdrawals and considered as the best casino. However, it is quite good thing that the problem resolved now. I think this topic should be locked now because it has attained its goal.

Of course, it is great that the problem was resolved Albalaha!

I just have seen the same problem on other reputable casinos and they have represented the same reason like this here!

If you say them that you are a member on a forum or will approach to some organization they usually will pay you!

Anyway, if the author of this thread decides he may lock it!

Well in some ways I am glad that the Topic is not locked, as there seams to be fresh questioning arising from the origin.

I felt it was their 'problem'.

Having said that, the account is now open, and I am free to withdraw anytime I fancy-
and into the designated 'purse; as they call it.
(Meaning -back to the account/means/e-wallet whence it came from.

It would seem that Nobody was to blame.

But further than that I can tell u no more.

Its just sorted.

Now, whether the fact I mentioned that I had done one or two passing posts on a Forum, has contributed to the 'matter' being solved- who can say!

One thing I will say is this.

My messages, and persistence- paid off. (For me)

Maybe there's a lesson to learn then eh?

I will lock the Topic when I think its run its course. For now its still open.

Cheers Chris!
I'm glad to see you have trust on BV!

I hope we all to have a reason trust on BV in the future!

I've ordered a comparatively expensive custom bot, but with onlly one platform for the present.

...and this platform is just BV-platform/casino(my choice)

P.S. By the way it was a big dilemma for me!

you seem like you just want to get sponsor from someone and try to earn money with other people's money so that you don't need to spend your money...so you just bet 1 cent and you said you will get more money if you bet more...and you try to get sponsor..but hey..it is not right..if you don;t have moeny just don't play..why you borrow other people's moeny..

I've never had a problem with withdrawing at BetVoyager...
Has anyone downloaded their poker client? (BetRaiser) it's apparently a rakefree model and wanted to know anyones who've tried it.

Hi . Is anything the matter these days with bet voyager?Anybody has any ideas about it?
B'cause. This is the first time it has taken me more than 10 days now since my withdrawal reuest . and after mailing them twice they have replied stating that  it is in waiting list. this is very unusual for meI have withdrawn so many times before with even 6 hours at times. And the fact that they are offering 100% bonus now to promote , I wonder if they are on the start of a run or something? B'cause I see a lot of people withdrawing huge money from here. any recent bad experience from anybody? in withdrawing?

I can confirm these long waiting periods for withdrawals to be processed. Not as long as 10 days for me but 3-4 days is usual for a neteller withdrawal even if they state 24 hours as a time frame. If anyone else can share they experience with BV seeing this casino is so popular here, please do so.

Have fun!
S.

BV works well, under Euro 5000 a day, they pay in decent time. I do not use Neteller anymore, they can make problems for you.

I'm glad to hear that but a decent time will be max 48h if you ask me, i get that on credit card withdrawals with other casinos.
At the moment i have 2 pending withdrawals with BV, one from 17.07 and the other 21.07, both under 50euro.
