After some pain I learned a bit excel and I now use it for recording my sessions, creating some diagrams and even testing some systems.
Wold it be much easier to help us use excel than leaning VB?
Yes you can't create bots in excel, but I think most people are interested mainly in testing.

I'm currently coding some roulette tools to eventually start RouletteSoftware.cc, so I'm getting experience and I'm willing to assist you with VB.NET should you choose to go that path.
