Hi Razor

try deleting all the temporary files in internet explorer,

sometimes when downloading it downloads certain cookies that can cause problems,

worth a try,

D1.

1  Download and run CCLEANER from Piriform.

It's safe.

I run it every time I close my browser.

Leave the default settings alone unless you have the knowledge to make changes.

2  Your video drivers may be corrupted and need reinstalling.

3  Scan your PC with the free, on-demand scanners called Malwarebytes and Superantispyware.

NB:  BE SURE TO SCAN IN SAFE MODE -- NOT NORMAL DEKTOP MODE.

I assume you have a good virus/malware/adware scan?

Turn comp off for a few minutes, turn it back on and keep tapping F8. Go to SAFE MODE first and then do a scan from THERE.

If nothing else assists, then a windows re-install may be advisable.

Plenty of times more cost-effective than trying to find & fix the problem.

Also, a system restore to a PRIOR DATE usually does the trick. Remember when the PROBLEM  first started, add 2 weeks on to that, thats your restore point.

Assuming you know how to 'restore to a prior date', the date would be around June 23rd, give or take.

Also, this can NOT harm your computer in anyway, shape or form.

Holy potatoes!

Sure you don't have any PHYSICAL failure on the machine?

Bad sectors in a hardrive can corrupt files and cause weird behavior, as well as other components, specially RAM.

If you reinstall it and present the same problem on a fresh system, then more likely the physical failure picture comes to be a reality.

Just stating this an a possibility. At times even perfectly fine (but incompatible) hardware causes weird behavior.

You dont 'KEEP restore points'. They are ALREADY on your computer. Its a calendar, thats all it is.

I got system complety f***** by using Windows Restore multiple times on multiple computers.
This tool is simply useless and makes more problems than it solves. It is also eating massive ammount of resources and disk space. Best thing you can do with it is turn it off... your computer will speed up by 10%.

And regarding this issue then i suggest upgrading OR downgrading Adobe Flash, because its common that adobe flash with every new release have plenty of new bugs....always.

I have used this at least 7 times, NEVER had a problem. I also have buddies that have done the same. That's why the FEATURE is there, its there to help. To each their own I guess.

well just completed my install of windows 7 and installed the bare minumum, updates etc.

still have the same issue.

i understand about it being hardware issue but in all fairness i would surly have had some indication from other programs on the pc.

i think its more likey a compatbility issue with playtech and windows 7.

happy to hear any other idea but atm i'm just looking elsewhere

It can be some software that you are missing, don't have etc. But I don't know which tho..

There should be at least an error code.

Ok. If you are person who sits on facebook, play pasjans and look at pc like on box full of strange stuff inside, then use it.... pc service guys also need to make some money (thats why windows need reinstall every 6moths)

BUT. if you are power user, like to change drivers, tweak your system, got 300 programs and each day you got something more interesting on your pc then better try everything else before even touching this...service.

...hmm I guess if you are power user then you woudnt even bother to try this ....thing.... just fix everythig by urself.

Anyway like I said downgrading Adobe Flash have solved the problem.
