the bad news is that it had 10c minimum bet which is not so common

I was playing at Class1 casino as this whole thing happened. The way Class1 handled this problem to the players was unacceptable in my opinion. I wasn´t able to log in to the casino since 12. October. Asking email support, I just got the answer there were facing technical problems and I should have to be patient. Later I aked to cash out my money. They said, "We don´t have access to your datas, please be patient!". At 25. October, I gladly got my money back. 1 day later there came the first official mail where they claimed playtech for this. This may be true, but it´s not acceptable to let the player in the dark for more than 2 weeks. They also haven´d payed out all players until 4th of November, but they say, they will.
Even if it´s playtechs fault I will never play again there (if they sould open again) because of the way they informed (or better not informed) their players.

i will play there if they open. the support girls are nice there. i feel bad they lost the job
