I don't recommend anything very often, but I recommend trying egyptian sacred blue lotus to have as tea (with dried petals). Make yourself a strong cup in the morning (handful of herb as tea). It takes about 2 hours to fully kick in and lasts about 6 hours. If you make enough, the water will be quite dark and you will barely see the cup bottom. If you have too little, the water will be light brown. Try not to have tap water as it has fluoride which will calcify your pineal gland, and kill you slowly.
After about 1-2 hours, you will be full of energy with sharp mental focus for some time. You will feel alive and vibrant and see more clearly. I know a lot about this and other herbs, and I believe it to be undoubtedly the most beneficial herb on earth. There is good reason why the egyptians called it sacred. It is featured all over their artwork and was clearly a major part of their lives. In the only mummy to have testing done to determine what they ate, there was clearly a lot of sacred lotus in their diet. These are people from the last golden age who were far more advanced than us today.

What's your opinion on Cordyceps Mushrooms Steve ? I just started taking them and are finding I get similar effects to what you are describing with the sacred blue lotus :)
Cordyceps has unusual properties, from increasing kidney function to fighting some cancers. They need more studies.
