RHYTHMATRIX RS Roulette System (Jamie Hincks) Scam Warning

Steve

Just elaborating on my recent post regarding RHYTHMATRIX RS, aka "Jamie Hincks":

He previously posted under the alias "Mr Green" on vlsroulette.com, and was caught posting fake positive reviews (blatant lies) to sell his system. I noticed the seller's email address was the same as his. So he was lying to members. As the admin, I warned members. Jamie had no option but to admit it. It was blatantly obvious.

HIS FAKE REVIEW:

AFTER HE WAS BUSTED:

There were other fake reviews he posted too, including on other websites. Any other admin would have banned him, but I still allowed him to continue to sell. But presumably for revenge, because he was embarrassed by his own actions, he then published a bunch of bullshit fake reviews of my technology. Anyway the story is at link:s://:.genuinewinnerroulettesystem.com/jamie-hincks/

Unfortunately the Internet is full of scammers like this.

As for his RHYTHMATRIX RS system, it's based on typically fallacy and would be no better than random bets. Jamie is purely a seller, who spams ebay and gambling message boards - with lies and fake reviews. If you send him money, don't expect to get it back unless you win from luck. But if that happens, test a little more to see it's a scam that's basically random betting.

You can report him for false advertising to his local police at link:s://:.leics.police.uk/ro/report/fo/fraud/

They might do something if enough people complain, but generally there are too many small-time scammers for police to handle. So you'll likely get better results by reporting him to Ebay and Paypal.

RHYTHMATRIX RS

Hello Steve,

Let me first say that what you think I have done on trust pilot is totally wrong as this was (NOT ME) and you should seriously consider removing this post as it is completely FALSE!

I have never posted on trust pilot or anywhere else about you but yet as you're a site moderator/owner you abuse your power to manipulate the facts by making false allegations and saying I did such things with absolutely no proof!

You say I have false eBay reviews when they're completely legitimate and it's obviously not correct as most of my customers accounts have well into the hundreds of star ratings which you can clearly see for yourself.

Using my name with FAKE statements and announcements that I am a no good SCAMMER when in fact all I am here to do is share my findings, what is wrong with that?

I only offer for anyone who is interested to join in with my roulette project after learning of the full system and workings before they make their decision.

I have tried to stick to your rules 100% by posting my system upfront and willing to answer any questions of the workings before anyone decides to get involved with me, I simply can't be anymore honest or fairer.
When have I ever said the system and software will never lose and make everyone millions?

You constantly slate me and other people who post systems based on the terms of gamblers fallacy which is totally your opinion and to be expected from someone who doesn't believe in systems made from past results.

GAMBLERS FALLACY

The Rhythmatrix is totally based on previous results and uses the logic of expected outcomes.

(NOT CERTAIN OUTCOMES)

This is very similar to a large company projecting future sales for the following years revenue.
example, last years sales were 100k next years sales should be 100k.

I'm very aware of the fact that nothing and nobody can beat roulette for certain and by playing forever and ever, over an unlimited amount of spins anything is possible and every possible outcome will occur.

Let us take a peak at my logic!

One thousand reds in a row will happen given enough spins.

The system presented uses unique number strings and it is impossible to ever go past eighteen unique reds in a row and therefore the tracking of lengths and positions can help to determine expected values.

There are only a limited amount of outcomes that can occur within these boundaries!

The Rhythmatrix software is for predicting small amounts of numbers over a short period of time as in a normal rate of play.

This is certainly not for playing over 10 million spins but only for helping anyone to gamble their bankroll with a more logical betting style.

I have enjoyed my time on your forums and really enjoy reading the posts but the current situation as I see it, is you're using this forum as a shop front to sell your own systems, software and roulette computers.

People like me are a threat to your personal sales, hence the fact that you're constantly pointing the finger saying SCAMMER SCAMMER to help make readers trust you and only buy from you and as you constantly say all other systems and software are BS therefore you should only trust the methods you are supplying via pop-ups.

You have never tried my software and have no intention of ever doing so and it is in fact you who is the one who is intent on only selling!

Check out the spam ads for crying out loud, just typical BS tactics to lure readers into becoming your customers.

I am extremely legitimate and it is truly unfair for someone like you to make these allegations and post my name all over the place making out I have bad intentions, when in fact my only intention is to produce the most sophisticated roulette software ever created in the history of roulette and computers.

Negative Trust Pilot        Allegations = False
Fakes eBay Reviews        Allegations = False
Luring PM Messages      Allegations = False
Scamming Everyone       Allegations = False

Steve you should seriously reconsider the steps you have taken to harm my reputation in the roulette community as I am a good honest guy with only good intentions!

All this has come from one post on VLS forum in which I was just trying to gain some attention for giving free predictions and it is terrible in the way you have abused your power as a moderator and for someone regarded as a trustable person.

Steve your intentions to use me as a fall guy from having this negative trust pilot review is seriously out of order!

I would like to thank CHT for having an honest view and can assure from this outlook alone he has 100% respect from me now and everyone should read his posts with respect for what he says as honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.

The previous post of Game Over is certainly Sergio Lozano

Sergio has recently been kicked from my Pro Roulette Group for constantly trying to sell his systems to my members without giving any clues as to how they work.

He was caught out for posting a fake PayPal picture with it showing he apparently had 55.552,62 euro available in the account from winnings with his so called HG system.

We soon noticed the PayPal picture had been manipulated and confronted Sergio of his actions very fairly, he then started to turn the situation around by saying I am a scammer!

Now he has posted such negative things on RouletteForum.cc to simply discourage people from joining my legitimate open project.

I like the concept of selling systems on your forum Steve but how can you sell something without being able to post a link or an email address, seriously wtf.

This just shows what I have said about your intentions has truth as you make it impossible for anyone else to build a project or sell legitimate systems/software products and instantly post something negative to deter potential customers.

I can almost predict your answer to this so please don't bother repeating your standard dribble.

I noticed you banned me earlier and then reinstated my account as not letting me reply was just a little too one sided, so this is my reply.
If you have any further questions please fire away as I'm willing to tell anyone about my project.

With nearly forty people involved from around the world all in one group, everyone has the chance to say what they think in front of others as I have nothing to hide unlike a typical seller who sells a system then refuses to answer messages, never to be heard of again.

Pro Roulette Group;

We are a positive group of experienced roulette players who are constantly improving the software that is based on positional tracking and are working on a brand new project that is a thousand times more powerful than the original Rhythmatrix Rs

What more can I say...............

Don't take my word for it everyone as you can always listen to the guy who has the pop-up ads selling his own systems in bulk for peanuts to new comers who have not had chance to even log in before these ads appear.

Cheers

Jamie

Jamie, a simple hack revealed your IP on Trustpilot. It matched precisely with your IP on vlsroulette.com. Why?

Also you complained to Trustpilot about me specifying your name.

I know you're not the only moron who lies about me using fake names, but come on Jamie.
Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020When have I ever said the system and software will never lose and make everyone millions?

On VLS where you touted it as the "holy grail".
Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020I have tried to stick to your rules 100% by posting my system upfront and willing to answer any questions of the workings before anyone decides to get involved with me, I simply can't be anymore honest or fairer.

Actually by constantly luring people to private discussions off the forum, that is breaking the rules. This rule exists because scammers almost always lure victims to private chats, where they can manipulate people more easily - without open criticism of smarter people.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020You constantly slate me and other people who post systems based on the terms of gamblers fallacy which is totally your opinion

Math is an "opinion"? Only someone who doesnt understand reality would say it's "opinion".

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020The Rhythmatrix is totally based on previous results and uses the logic of expected outcomes.

Mostly vague nonsense.

Firstly, with random results, there's absolutely no correlation between past and future. So your system falls flat right here.

Secondly, even on real wheels with strong viable patterns, the data you're looking has no correlation between past and future. With one very small exception, which is so rare that it might work for maybe 1 in 100,000 wheels, and only for about 30 minutes. It's so obscure that this rare circumstance is obviously inadvertent (unwitting/unintended).

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020This is very similar to a large company projecting future sales for the following years revenue. example, last years sales were 100k next years sales should be 100k.

Firstly, bullshit $100k Jamie. You haven't made 600+ sales. Secondly, if your system is the "holy grail" as you claimed on vlsroulette.com, why are you bothering to sell it for like $150 or so?

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020I'm very aware of the fact that nothing and nobody can beat roulette for certain and by playing forever and ever, over an unlimited amount of spins anything is possible and every possible outcome will occur.

You dont understand it, but you've just admitted your system is no better than random bets.

A system that "eventually loses" (as yours does, by your admission) means it has no edge. If it has no edge, then presumably it hasn't affected the house edge at all. So you're stuck at -2.7%, just like other random bets.

A system that wins for a while, but eventually loses, is called random bets with progression.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020Let us take a peak at my logic!
One thousand reds in a row will happen given enough spins.

And immediately there's obvious logic problems. You dont even understand the problem.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020The system presented uses unique number strings and it is impossible to ever go past eighteen unique reds in a row and therefore the tracking of lengths and positions can help to determine expected values.

Again and again. You aren't even understanding fundamentals. You are talking like a brand new player, reciting classic fallacy.

Jamie, I dont have time to pull apart more of your nonsense.

You're scamming people with fake reviews, and a system you dont appear to have even delivered to buyers.

There's a very big difference between what you and I do. I manage teams. I don't prowl forums using fake names to make a few dollars, and then not deliver software. You know nothing about what I do.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020People like me are a threat to your personal sales

Jamie, I couldnt give a rats ass about you. Random scammers on forums selling junk are not a threat to me or what I do - at all. I do far more than sell some of my technology. Last year was around $400k or so, just sales, but that's only part of what I do.

None of my players are likely to buy your system. And nonse of your buyers are likely to even consider my approaches or technology. They're two very different groups of people and mindsets. If anything, scammers selling junk would probably benefit me because people get the chance to validate what I and other professionals understand and constantly say.

But let's assume selling roulette tech is all I did. The people that buy your nonsense are very different to people who work with me. My players are intelligent and educated. Your "buyers" don't understand fundamentals - same as you.

I have no problem with people selling whatever on my forums, with some basic rules to protect members from being scammed. See the rules. Over the years, many people were scammed by people like you, and complained to me because I allowed the scammer on the forum. So pull your head out and understand the only way you threaten me is wasting my time.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020You have never tried my software and have no intention of ever doing so and it is in fact you who is the one who is intent on only selling!

Haven't you noticed how long even obvious scammers are allowed to hang around trying to sell their crap on my forums? Jamie, use logic.

And I'm familiar with your approaches. They don't work. You've already revealed enough in videos and posts for me to know that.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020Check out the spam ads for crying out loud, just typical BS tactics to lure readers into becoming your customers.

Transparent ads are not BS tactics. Fake positive reviews of your own system is BS - like you did.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020my only intention is to produce the most sophisticated roulette software ever created in the history of roulette and computers.

Jamie, how old are you? Young, right? You're very naive.

It's great to be ambitious, but you have a lot to learn.

Start with the fundamentals. Based on the nonsense you're spouting, and what I know about how gamblers progress, I'm guessing you're about 5 years off STARTING to wake up. And that's only if your brain works well enough.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020Steve you should seriously reconsider the steps you have taken to harm my reputation in the roulette community as I am a good honest guy with only good intentions!

If you hadn't tried to scam vls members, you'd still be there. I wouldn't have bothered you. But I had to protect members. And within days of me having to expose you, you post your first fake trustpilot review as revenge. I knew about it but didnt bother responding for like a whole year or so.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020The previous post of Game Over is certainly Sergio Lozano

If you mean passionruleta, yes he's just another dickhead floating around on forums with the HG. People like often hang around for years using fake names.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 202055.552,62 euro available in the account from winnings with his so called HG system.

Simple minds are fooled by simple tricks.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020I like the concept of selling systems on your forum Steve but how can you sell something without being able to post a link or an email address, seriously wtf.

Ive explained it many times. Most forums completely forbid selling. But because I'm very, VERY concerned about you stealing my sales, I allow anyone to sell systems provided that:

1. Selling is done only in the selling section (because nobody wants a spammy forum full of scammers)

2. Sellers do not lure people away from the forum, like in private chats. Thats because scammers do this to take advantage of people. In private, its easier to escape fair criticism from experienced members, who weren't born yesterday. Again, many people have been scammed by system sellers, and complained to me because it was on my forums.

If you don't like my rules, make your own forum. I find the balance between free speech, while not allowing blatant bullshit and scams.

Quote from: RHYTHMATRIX RS on Sep 24, 06:54 AM 2020you make it impossible for anyone else to build a project or sell legitimate systems/software products and instantly post something negative to deter potential customers.

Jamie, again, you were allowed to sell openly on my forums. UNTIL you were obviously scamming people with your fake reviews. You had your chance to be honest, you blew it.

If you kept going but without the fake reviews, eventually enough people would have bought from you and complained. And at that point, I would have banned you - because when a seller is obviously running a scam, I wont allow it. I give everyone a good fair chance to prove themselves - even when I know the system they re selling is clearly bullshit.

Now you've wasted enough of my time. Take your system and piss off. You've been lying your ass off, acting all innocent.

I unbanned you to allow you to have your final say. You've done that. I wont knowingly allow you to post here again.

If you want to add more fraudulent reviews about me or your system, go do that.

I just want to add some personal consideration about this person called Jamie Hincks.

Maybe he is a good person in the real life, i don't know, but he planned a very bad marketing online.

- First of all he wrote on that forum he knew a guys who make he wins like 29k;
- Later he said he was himself;
- He had the project (RHYTHMATRIX) only in his mind because when i contact him, at january 2020, he had nothing than a "see this", "look at that", "give me last xx numbers" etc...and i must be honest he got numbers in the multiple tests we did;
- He convinced me at the the end of january he had a great strategy, because of the previous tests, and he ask me 150 euros to tell me the strategy and give me a software to do that. OK;
- Later soon i discover he did not have any software but he create a group on skype (where i came in) to get money to do the software;
- First version of functionally software came on June 2020;
- Between February and June i studied his strategy without any practical success;
- 3 months later (september 2020) last version of the software was out but all of the people in the skype group criticized the strategy because there was not any good result as Jamie expected to everyone;
- so he changed his marketing strategy by create a new skype group for a new web browser software with hiring a new programmer;
- obviously i did not accept and so he kick me out from anything...

Later, january 2021, i knew he got 400 euros divided by the people who accepted the new project (i remember before he got from everyone, like 25-30 peoples, 150 euros) and then the programmer was "vanished".

So, my opinion is he is a rough scammer
Thank you for the attention
Paolo

p.s.: sergio lozano is another scammer. I never buy anything from him but he does in the "right way" xD

Hello everyone,

I want to write some update about this person.

Next months, from February 2021 to today, August 2021, i was contacted from him two times:

First time:
- May or June i guess, he auto-join me in a new group (ahah, always a new group) where he is selling the new software called "Jamit", based from the same foundation but same way to bet numbers;
- He gave me this software for free maybe because he learnt he was not very clear with me last time;
- I test it for real two months continously, one time per day, and result was around -160 euros: "not too much", someone can say but it could be more if i invest more. It was always in negative position. I tested as i see in the group; flat bet.
- Software can log everysingle session so i can attach results.
- Later i post my results and i was kick out from the group (tipical from him, i am not impressed anymore)

Second time (very fast):
- Some days ago, i was auto-join from him into the same group. I learnt he used to do that with his list of skype contacts. Anyway.
- I read the part i did not and i discover one user of his chat did a test for 12 days: +445 chips gain at the end, not bad, but maximum negative reached in one session before go to positive was -2000 chips; are you serious ?!
- Other than that, Jamie has another "vision" to make it real so he need more money from users, that's why he let me in again in the group!
- I just writing my critic remarks and i was out of the group, again.

The moral is: never pay for "visions".
On the other hand, pay for something who can be test before buy.

My suggestion after that is: In the internet there are so many strategies and tendencies (hope that word makes sense), don't waste time to follow one but merge everything to let you win. Test it for few times not continously and after some days results can say the truth. Don't use martingale, it's a suicide.

Also, during that period he used to play for fun with roulette-simulator website and it was funny to see how he plays before he delete his accounts...i have screenshots

I confirm, he is still a rough scammer.
Thank you for the attention
Paolo
