The rules for this system has not been worked out completley, but the main idea is wait for a trigger RBR or BRB then follow last for 2 spins, then STOP,... bet all number of the same color except those in the street hit and two neighbouring streets (3 streets in total). That will be a 13-14 numbers bet....

progression +1/-1 after 2 losses. (?)
