Now, I don't know what your take on Crop Circles is.
You may consider them to be fake or done by people.

I just find them fascinating.

Two New Crop Circles 5-6th July 2010 at Danebury Hill, Hampshire & Sutton Bank, Yorkshire UK

The question remains.
Who would go into a field and spend hours doing so?
And why?

If that is not the case.
Then what is it these extraterrestrials are trying to tell us?

There's no evidence that they come from extraterrestrials, but plenty that it's a prank. Or:

QuoteIn 2009, BBC News reported that Lara Giddings, the attorney general for the island state of Tasmania, stated that Australian wallabies had been found creating crop circles in fields of poppies after consuming some of the opiate-laden crop and running in circles

Then the question becomes why?
Perhaps they do it to help the farmers make money?
But with a fair wack of farm used to make the images.
The farmers would loose income from the harvest of the crops.
Hmmm,,,

Then there is who?
And why?

I can understand that people might go into some of these fields and design them.
How they do it? I have no idea.
Now it would be fairly easy to do in wheat and other crops.
But in rape seed?
Rape seed crops are difficult.
They smell. They stick to your clothes.
Very course fibre.
The stalks of the crops are thicker then normal crops.
If you walked into a field of Rape seed.
You would smell and be covered in pollen and other crap.
