A couple of Let-it-ride dozens bets

Here is a single dozen bet that might come in handy.
There's nothing new here, just publishing it for easy reference.

It is a modified let-it-ride bet.  In a normal let-it-ride bet we leave everything we bet and win on the table for the next spin.  With this modified bet, we take back our original bet and let our winnings ride for the next bet.

If we bet 1 unit, we will win 2 units so we take our 1 unit back and let the 2 won units ride for the next bet.  If we win we have 6 units of profit and we still have our original bet.

If we lose, we go on to the next bet in our progression line.  If we win the first bet and lose the second bet, we repeat that bet since we didn't lose our initial bet.  Anytime we win 2 times in a row, we win 6X our original bet.  

Here's the progression line:
1  If we win both times = +6

If we lose the 43 unit bet, we will have lost 299 units.

All we have to do is win 2 times in a row at some point and we will be at a new high and can start over at 1.

A tweak for the faint hearted.  If you find yourself having lost your 17 unit bet, you will be down 117 units.  If you win your 20 unit bet, you have just won 40 units, you could subtract 40 from 117 = 77.  Don't bet he 40 units, rather go back down the progression line to bet 11 or 13 which is where you would be if you were -70 to 80 units and place your 1st bet of 11 units.  If you win, then place your second bet and if it wins, your back to -1.

This has a possible sad story because you may win that next bet and if you had stayed with betting 40 units on the second bet of your 20 bet, you would have recovered and could start all over at 1 unit.  If you play the safe way, it does give you 4 or 5 new attempts to win 2 in a row.

I have played this where I drop back a few steps after a win and if I win again, I drop back even more and start from there.  This can give you a lot of extra attempts at winning 2 in a row before hitting the wall.  It has saved my butt more than once.  On the other hand, I've payed the price a few times because I won the next bet and would have completely recovered in 1 spin.

If you want to stretch this bet out, you can leave your original bet with the let-it-ride.  This will net us 8 times our original bet if we win 2 times in a row.  

If we bet 1 we win 2 and have 3 which we leave on the table.  If it wins, we have 9 units -1 = 8 units profit.

The progression is:

If we lose all 35 bets, we will lose 311 units.

Bonus progression for double dozens/columns.

With this progression we will be betting on 2 dozens.  We must win 3 times in a row to come out ahead with this progression.  It should work fine with JL's matrix systems since they have such a good strike rate.

We start by betting 1 on 2 dozens.  If we win, we bet 1 on 2 dozens again.  If we win we will have won 2 units, so we bet 2 on 2 dozens.  If we win again, we will have won 4 units.  That's 6 units less our original 2.

Anytime we lose before reaching 3 wins, we must move to the next step to the right in the progression.

Here's the progression:

1-1  If we win 3 times = +4
1-1  If we win 3 times = +2
2-2  If we win 3 times = +4
3-3  If we win 3 times = +4
4-4
6-6
9-9
14-14
21-21
31-31
47-47  If we win 3 times = +4

If we lose all 11 steps, we will lose 278 units.  

Do you have a bet selection that can win 3 double dozen bets in a row?

It's not as easy as you think.

This is a little safer double dozen progression.

It's based on winning 2 times at a level.

Example:  We bet 1 & 1 and win = +1,  we bet 1 & 1 and win = +2.
Example:  We bet 3 & 3 and win = +3, we bet 3 & 3 and win = +6.

Progression:

1-1

3-3
6-6
12-12
24-24
48-48
95-95

A double win on any level and we start over at 1-1.
If we lose the whole progression we lose 380 units.

Remember, if your bets are getting too large, you can drop back part way after only 1 win.  Do this a couple of times and you're up and can start over at 1-1.

Here it is for winning the same bet 3 times in a row.

These can be useful, but they come with a bite if you're not careful.

thanks glc i use this when i notice that there have been no follow the last dozens on the board ie: last 10 spins
