Could someone tell me (Moderators, or Admin staff I guess), who made this:-

Topic, an Un-Sticky topic, after Paul (Twisteruk) had invited me to start it up, within this Section, and said it would be made into a 'Sticky' Topic, for People to follow?


It must be more interesting than some of the now 'Dead' topics that are in the sticky fingers region!
