Hi to everybody!

Today with a big surprise when I try to make a deposit by Moneybookers in Betvoyager, this message apperars:

"Unfortunately your payment cannot be processed because Skrill does not support this transaction."

Its the first problem of this tipe that i have in BV. Its something similar happens to you?

It will work later, Betvoyager seems to have had system problems all the day.
It have been such a problem before, just a while.

I have revised my Skrill account and i have not exceeded any limit or rule in the transactions. This page appears in Betvoyager before I introduce my Skrill account so it can't be a problem from Skrill.

I recently had a similar situation, kind of, with Smart Live Casino UK, I'm in Australia. For some time I'd been playing on SL using my Visa debit card, had some good wins & transferrred back to my account & all was sweet. So because I hadn't used my Skrill/Moneybookers A/C for ages I cancelled it.

The same day I logged in to SL & processed a Visa transfer but the deposit failed. I made an email enquiry to Smart Live and was advised that there were Technical issues with Visa to Australia. I contacted Visa via my bank & they advised me to contact Smart Live. MUMMA MIA.

Back to Smart Live & they then advised me to use Skrill, Neteller or some other listed provider on their deposit page.

All too hard so played on Party Casino. My Visa deposit was fast & simple.

I think the technical issue boils down to money/commissions/ % fees ? What else could it be ?  Screw the customer she/he are only the suckers that provide the money.  All I get from SL are email promos for rip off slot tournaments, which I delete. Little do they realise that having deleted the VISA option they must be missing out on large amounts of money ? Spin & BS is the name of customer service game, many of us are smarter than they think.

Fortunately for us there are plenty of other options thanks to internet.

Skrill has worked very good for me, very fast deposit and withdrawn. I used Neteller before, but they kept my money for three years and I had a lot of problem to get it . After the three years the Euro was down by 30% to my currency.  I lost some money using them and had to hire legal advice.
They are at Isle of Man and then the Eu consumer protection is not valid, as it is by Skrill, which is UK-based.

Neteller did all they could to delay may payment. At Skrill it has at most taken three days to see the money at my bankaccount and I can deposit from my bank instantly.

Depends of the amount. less tan 5000 2 days to my bank account. More than 10000 you have to file papers(not every time)
If you let your bank scan your document, they have a digital mark, which gives prooof for it is not false document) and you can send your document on line. They can make problem, as they by law must check for money laundering.

NEVER USE NETELLER what ever I sent as document they did not pay, until after three years. and legal actions.
They were suspected for being used for laundering, and know it, that's make them overdue all.

Legal action cost, and the Euro went down 30% during that time.
