Numbers and European Matrix

Hello guys, i'm testing some stuff with Kimo Li's european Matrix. Look at this numbers, and look at the Eu Matrix. You see connection? Just to know if someone see the same as me.
Two sequences for example :
8 27 8 16 12 35 7    (7 last number out)
11 35 11 1 3 21 13 23 ( 23 last number out)
