Hello everyone.

I have been asked By the Co-admin Moderator, to post up my thoughts on the Forums forthcoming Birthday Celebrations.

I imagine, Ur all now checking out the day of the very first post on this here fine forum.

Well, I have not got that date, but I sure know, that within a few hours of this message posted up, the answer will lay before Us.

I spotted a couple of days ago, that certain posts were getting to be quite old,
so i PM'd Twisteruk today, and asked what was happening re- the aniversary.

In his usual manner, he asked me What I Thought should happen.

And un-accustomed as I am to posting up my Ideas!!,(Yes my nose is growing!)
I sent him the ffollowing reply,
which I will now quote, for all to see.

Ladies and Gentlemen.

We need ideas.
New ideas, old ideas, out f the box ideas, in the box ideas, blue sky thinking(what is that?),
and above all else, a consensus, on how we should celebrate, our forums anniversary.

I give U my Initial thoughts.................

Only just thought of it yesterday.

But I guess a All-in Roulette party game would be good.

We all play the same game.

Someone, say Victor, or maybe someone, who wants to play, but not bet themselves, (there's always one isn't there!), could supply the numbers.

They could be time sheilded numbers, only releasable, by a code form VLS, and Victor sets up a real time Felt table in to forum.

A nice large Forum table.

Each player has say 2 minutes to place a bet, by entering a code - say something like
[Felt=chrisbis(1)0,7,16,17,25,27,34][/Felt]

Which would put a virtual bet on a table of 1 chip on the numbers 0,  7, 16, 17, 25, 27, 34...........(my favourites BTW)

If the member wanted more than 1 chip, then it would be simply
[Felt=chrisbis(2), 0,7,16,17,25,27][/Felt]

Splits would be 2/5, and so on.

Need the maths guys to calculate the scores, payback, and someone to post up a chart of a leader board.

We could have several session games through the week of the birthday, (can't just have one day of a birthday)

That would get over the time difference between everyone involved.

Other games are possible too!!

And.................

It would be great to see U save up loads of Twisteruk Riddles for that week, for those who don't want to play Roulette, but just want a bit of fun.

Get VLS to set Up (temporary) Ur own section, with upto say 10 Twistreuk riddles boards in it.

Will be taken down after the birthday week.

There should be prizes.

Need an entrance fee.

Can call if RouletteForum.cc Fate Week.

Entrance $1.00

Lasts all week.

I think the Forum could earn $100 out of that.

What Do U suggest?

And please, ask the other Forum Moderators, what they think, and Victor too.

Its not like we can ALL go out for a drink together now is it (even tho that would be nice).

Other ideas we have had on forums have included.

Last post- before a certain time.

Largest number.
Smallest number.
Largest word
Smallest words.
On-line Scrabble
Picture gallery
Dot-2-Dot
Can u guess what it is yet picture competition.

Etc etc.

see what the others have to say.

I also suggested in an earlier message, that the Whole Week of the birthday, could be just like the last few days at school, just prior to a Holiday, of end of the school term.

Then U were encouraged to bring in Ur favourite game, toys, dolls, books, hobbies, past-times, and alike. Just a thought.

It is a bit annoying.
Because it has adds.
I could be persuaded to host a live, interactive, online, real time, session on Dublin Bet.
All members would follow these instructions.

Meet in the chat room at a given time.

Download the Dublin Bet Software.
Open or run the Dublin Bet software.
Use the Free Demo mode for Dublin Bet.
Enter in a fake name and email address.
Go to Roulette table 1.

I will then stream it on my ustream account.
I already have all the software to do all this.
And all members can view the stream and there very own table.
At the same time.

If anyone is interested in testing this concept out.
Prior to the event.
Please let me know.
So we can test the process out.
And report back to see if it is viable.

Hi everyone.

Its Anniversary Week!!!

I like and welcome ThomasGrants idea of the Open table play.  

Does anyone else have any celebratory suggestions for this week at the Forum?

Now we have new 'skin'.........(and I know its taking a bit of getting used to).........maybe the Forums members can bring in, New Fresh ideas!

I'm getting my think cap on........err.........right............yes.........got that one.
