It's been 120days since the last post, Colbster are you still using this method? You got any profit? I'm more than willing to use this method if i get any reply from you.

I'm not currently playing anything, but if I were playing anything, this would be it.  I think that Birdhands is diving back into the Eggleston, but I don't quite know which version he is testing, or one of the variations that he and I have discussed privately.

I'm playing the Eggleston with GLC's double up progression, for dimes on the the BV NZ.  So far I've increased my bank by 25%; and I'm pretty sure I'd be up flat betting as well.
I'm playing to the right, so I bet for the repeat dozen as well as the one to the right (1st is considered to the right of 3rd).

That is my most current method: always bet to the right.  No tracking, no guessing, nothing but consistency.  When I worked my numbers in the initial system, it was based on 1/3 chances, but moving around and trying to switch directions may have the tendency to hurt us.  That is why I am no longer using any past information to "predict" direction.  1/3 of the time we get a repeat, 1/3 of the time we move to the right for a win, and 1/3 of the time we move to the left for a loss.  Playing how you are is the Eggleston distilled down to its simplest form which is what I like.  I like it with the GLC progression and was thinking about playing it exactly that way.  Flat betting is also attractive to me, as my original numbers were based on flat bets.  Glad to hear you are up so quickly!

ONE LAST QUESTION TO GET THIS STRAIGHT. We have the following numbers:

1
16
32
4
13
5
32
7
20

Can you write after each number How Much we bet and on what Dozens?
If both Colbster and Birdhands can answer to see if it's the same.(from what i understand Birdhands always plays to right only)
Also it would help me understand the progression.

I will give you the Eggleston 2.0 answer to your question, although I am with Birdhands on always playing to the right now.  He and I came up with that variation in PMs some time ago, and I think it is the most valid way of playing without actually trying to guess what is coming next (or play left, just be consistent).

Here are the Eggleston 2.0 answers for you:

1   Doz 1
16   Doz 2 - Indicates a move to the right: Bet Doz 2 and 3 (1 unit each)
32   Doz 3 - Indicates a move to the right:  Win (+1) and bet Doz 3 and 1 (1 unit each)
4  Doz 1 - Indicates a move to the right: Win (+1/+2 cum.) and bet Doz 1 and 2 (1 unit each)
13  Doz 2 - Indicates a move to the right: Win (+1/+3 cum.) and Bet Doz 2 and 3 (1 unit each)
5 Doz 1 - Indicates a move to the left: Lose (-2/+1 cum.).  Bet Doz 1 and 3 (2 units each)
32 Doz 3 - Indicates a move to the left: Win (+2/+3 cum.) and Bet Doz 3 and 2 (1 unit each)
7 Doz 1 - Indicates a move to the right: Lose (-2/+1 cum.).  Bet Doz 1 and 2 (2 units each)
20 Doz 2 - Indicates a move to the right: Win (+2/+3 cum.).  Bet Doz 2 and 3 (1 unit each)

I've actually been playing absolutely to the right, so my bets are the same as Colby's until the 5 hits, then:

5 bet 1 +2
32 bet 3 +1
7 bet 1+2
20 bet 2+3

So I've been playing mechanically; not like the old days when I would go with the dominant direction.

my bets are according to GLC's double up on 2 Dozens.  You can look that up here on the forum.

I more than doubled my bankroll but then lost it.  If I could do it over I would have played with a stoploss and only lost half of my bank.  So much for discipline.
