Absolute Poker Founder Pleads Guilty To Violating UIGEA

In the first case ever involving the 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, the prosecution has claimed their first victim. Absolute Poker co-founder Brent Beckley pleaded guilty Tuesday to violating the law.
