Progression bets are nothing more than different size bets on different spins. You could get lucky and win big, or unlucky and lose even more.

I posted my Altern8-strategy before, but never succeded to build strategy from it. Now I have!  ;D This strategy is very simple, yet very effective. Many of my strategies are build of the same idea. (close numbers, dozen repeater etc)

This is my theory/experience: Most common movements in roulette are repeats or alternation.

Altern8 IV strategy can be sum up in the words:

Always bet on the last 3 doublestreets Hit.

Progression idea is: Double bet at loss. I never tried play this flatbetting, but im sure it would work also.

The doublestreets to look for are (1/6),(7/12),(13/18),(19/24),(25/30),(31/36). (two in each dozen)

I did a quick session at the live-table. +310 units playing an hour with 5 unit bets. I only needed to double the bet TWICE at most during this whole session. But I did alot of testing/playing this before, (so it's nothing new) it's a fact that repeats and alternation happen all the time...

Good on ya for testing against live spins. It's easier to work out if you play 1 unit bets but what the hell,  I actually like this one Iggo!
Will give it a test drive

Will test it for you on Smartlive, but what about the progression though? I think it can become dangerous with a Martingale style progression.

ignatus

Great SamNL. Well, In all my sessions so far I only doubled 4 times at most. If you play with low chips that's not so dangerous?

I found a 3 doublestreet progression!

1,1,1,2,4,6,8,16,32

Flatbetting may also work. Haven't tried that yet. :)

Good luck!

1st test on Smartlive with Martingale progression: +99 units playing with 1 unit chip

SamNL

Tomorrow I will backtrack some spins from Smartlive with Martingale and the 1,1,1 progression and will post the result here. Have to go to bed now. Have a nice day all!

ignatus

Thanks SamNL :) I'm doing my last session now, then I must also get some sleep! Gnite! :D

Double bet at a loss?  That's the worst kind of betting for even chances.
What happened to up one unit on a win, less one on a loss?

Flat_Ino does have a furthest back strategy doublestreets w/heavy progression.

There's merit to Ignatus' idea.

Good job Ignatus.

I like your strategies.

Ummmm...3 double streets... double up on every lost bet    Am I reading this wrong somewhere or can we reasonably predict this may or may not win quite a bit but inevitably everything will be lost in the classic statement "how could that bet miss 15 times in a row???????"

I may have missed something or read it wrong but that's my take if I understand what's being described here    for what it's worth

Not trying to be argumentative just taking a common sense approach to this.  I do believe this is a beatable game but you have to factor in risk vs reward.  Reward is minimal on this type of bet and risk starts out low but can get out of hand pretty quick     Just my opinion

SamNL

I agree that a Martingale progression is far too dangerous. You will lose in the shortest of times.

Ralph

The fact is martingale is a good winner and a fast terrible loser as well. Other methods do the same work but looks more nice, but it is just difference in time.

EC and even worse is dozen and cover the table is losing.  Use at most 1/7 of the table, use some progressions, and go for a bigger win, or lose.

Break even methods make the pain to last, slowly the BR goes, that is is for players which like the game and are ready to pay a fee.  It is risky to try to win much, but possible.

Do not risk other money than you anyway spend on not needed!
The best way to fail, is not to try!

ignatus

Since it has been proven to me again (from Non Repeater Strategy) I come back to my original statement. Using repeater strategies has been my most successfull archivement so far. So, I shouldn't give up on this one!  ;D

No, I don't use martingale Ralph, I use the 3 doublestreet progression 1,1,2,4,6,8,16,32. It's very similar, and yes? it could kill you if you have a VERY bad streak. and yes? It's a high risk.

First of all I am lazy.  ;D lol I have no patience flatbetting. Second, I don't like losing. (perhaps a bad argument? "progressions") :P Third I want to win quickly. Therefore I use progressions.. like it or not? That's the way I like playing.

maybe i dont understand something but

1 = +3 units
1 = 0 units
2 = 0 units
4 = 0 units
6 = -6 units
8 = -18 units
16 = -18 units
32 = -18 units
