Those who want to play outside bets only, it is like a dream come true because zero doesn't fit into any of them and disturbs any staking plan. Why is it any more foolish to play inside bets rather than ECs or streets? it isn't. In each case you have a fair game but pay 10% of your winnings, which in the long run is a better option than an unfair game (where the HA is present on every spin).
