I think that his idea and the graph are good. It is difficult enough to build excellent ECs systems. His strategy belongs to the better ones. Circa 90% winning rate that's something! But we are here to make it even better.
If we could find solution for the doubles it would be a Holy Schmolly, for sure.
I have one solution, to ignore to bet against the doubles because they can come even 5 in row, that's 10 losses. Solution:

as I already said when you see picture like that stop and wait for triple or chop to brake the formation of doubles. I tested it and it works.

This strategy is nothing new on the sky. I played it tweaked 25 years ago!
I started bet with 20 units and if won next bet was19 units and so on down to 1 unit. When I was at 1 unit I could go home as a rich. On the other hand if I lost I added 1 unit. Eg. bet 14 units and lost next bet 15 units. This betting strategy is the best for choppy games like craps: pass line and don't pass line. Not that good for streaks when you are betting on the wrong side.
