You must be a little behind with the trend. Actually, there are already gambling sites that integrate bitcoin into their roulette game. One of the best examples is the Betcoinâ,,¢ Circle.

Seanwilliam,

Hey!  Weren't you already banned at several forums because of your continued spamming about BetCoins/BitCoins/Casino stuff?

Would you happen to have anything substantial to offer the forum or is BetCoin your best shot?

What's the latest with BitCoins ? I read something the other day were a BC bank was hacked & all their BC funds were drained & so the BC bank was bust.

Also a senior exec. topped herself over it ?

Yesterday I noticed a pop up ad for BitCoin trading & they showed a BC value of around $667USD. Long term will BC's endure ? They only seem to have thin air to back them ? Where does the BC value come from ?

My understanding is if you have your wallet with another company, that company could screw up and leave your wallet exposed. But you are safe is you have everything on your pc, provided it isnt hacked. Or even safer is to have a paper wallet where everything is offline.

I just started using bitcoin and overall considering the state of the global finances, it is no less secure than other currency.

In my opinion, I am not favorable of trying bitcoins because its amount is really, really far away from the physical dollars. Aside from that, no one can tell the assurance of claiming the money in USD. Another factor was the chances of stealing your account information as well as bank information by other anonymous people.

I would have to agree with Steve's assessment of money theory. The problem i see with bitcoin is not the scam issue (it is not), but that ppl have been using it for speculation. It was not intended for this. The speculation makes it unstable at the moment.

One option would be to convert your winnings ASAP into an official currency. Another is to use a less volatile cryptocurrency (litecoin or dogecoin). Then  again, as more and more goods or services are offered in cryptocurrencies you would not need to convert it to official currency... at least that is the intention.

Another thing about securities: i would not trust someone else to hold my wallet with totally anonymous currency. Just manage it yourself and be security conscious.
Beware that there is already malware and stuff that specifically targets bank and cryptocurrency data.  Then again, i run a clean linux distro and if i need more security, i could run a disk based linux distro with a dedicate USB drive to hold my wallet info.

Still i am curious to try it out... i heard that Satoshibet.com and Betcoin.tm are good.
Colbster tried it out with some success it seems:

Anyone have experience with this? Could we share outcomes
May the odds be ever in your favor.
