From time to time I check on the T&C's @ supercasino .com

sometime last year they limited winnings to £20,000 per month.

I checked again last night & please look @ 11.13

link:://:.supercasino.com/terms-and-conditions

Anybody got any thoughts on why this has been done ?

Maybe someone hit them hard a few times.

fair enough, surely that's a reason to KEEP the £20,000 a month limit ?

So that said person could win £200,000 per month every month & STILL get paid £20,000 per month for 10 months EVERY month ???

As the great Husker Du once sang "it makes no sense at all"

Ddarko - The main relevant part is the last bit of 11.13 "We RESERVE THE RIGHT to pay the prize amount to you in 10 equal monthly installments of 10% of AMASSED winnings per month". RESERVE THE RIGHT gives them the option of either paying you 100% or just 10% p/m.

I would think that they'd look at how much they've won from you in the past or you from them, only if they would be still in profit after a full payout I'm certain that you may get a 100%  payday ? For example say you're down the hole to them by 300,000 they'd be more likely to pay up then if you had already won & been paid say 100,000 over the previous year ?

The way I think it would go IN THEORY is that if you won 200,000 in the 1st month then it would take 10 months @ 20k p/m to get paid 100%. Then the next month you won another 200K & add last months after payout balance of 180k = 380k (AMASSED) then 10% of that is 38k for month 2 & so it would go on. It would take a very long time to get paid out if you were adding 200k per month as in 10 months you would have won 2 million.

THEORY is one thing but in practice the casino would FLICK you for beating them at their own game. The would use rule 5.5 where they can terminate your account without the need to give an explaination, "FOR LEGAL OR ANY OTHER REASON".

All Casinos have that option even B & M joints to protect themselves from reverse runs from hell, I.E. players DREAM RUNS due to some GRAIL system or computer no bet loss wheel reader. The trick would be to be a multiple account holder or MANAGER where you still get your 200k per month by flying well under the radar of their 20k p/m limit.

They would probably still ping you as they have betting pattern checking software that would ID a lot of those winning accounts. Probably easily ID'd when compared to a big bank of losing players accounts ? They only have to suspect CHEATING to block payouts, that too is in the T & C's.

Good point,well made.

Thxs for that reply

I agree that there are many ways they could ban you, & although your multi account option works in theory I feel that is a sure fire way to get you banned.

The point I was trying to get at is this.....

When the limit was £20,000 per month NOBODY could win more than £200,000 in 10 months. With this new rule ( and yes, RESERVE THE RIGHT is the key) people can in theory win much much much more than £200,000 over a 10 month period.

Why would a casino do this ? Unless there is something "underhand" they will do, which isn't stated in the T&C's. for example a limit on how much you can bet per spin or even were you can bet.

it just doesn't make any senses to me

WHY WOULD THEY DO IT?

1). Think in terms of interest they would make in holding your money back.

2). There is a good chance for them to think, hopefully you will lose it back.

With right tools and good money management, any gambling activity can produce a steady income.

The cansino's(online,BnM) wil be very happy to take ya hard earned cash off u 24/7

But if u hit a lucky streak, the cheatin xxxxs will  ban you.As if the odds are'nt enough in their favour.

I think that covers it!

I had a look at a couple of other casinos & their limits. Smart Live didn't say anything about limits that I could see in their T & C's.

On their home page I remember a long time back seeing their winners promo's (little moving ticker amounts moving across the screen) with the players country flag. The highest I saw was 145,000GBP but it's unknown if that was the payout ? Winnings also include the players bets so gross is obviously not nett.

Party Casino (Latvian feed) has a stepped monthly payout limit on a USD basis (you can play in GBP, Euro & 3 different $$$$$) It works on play through values. They start at $20k (bronze), $25k (silver) $50K (gold) $100k (platinum) & $125k (super platinum). I've been up to gold a couple of times with nearly 2,000 spins done but unfortunatly never anywhere near the $50k limit. Party bills themselves as the worlds largest on line casino.

Their slot games have jackpots in the millions. Someone last year won about $1.5 million playing via a smart phone app.

Personally I'd like to get to a level where I was "BANNED" as by then I'd already have a lot of $$$$$$ in my bank A/C. With a sizeable profit/BR there's so many options open either/or on line & B & M.

I'm yet to see any forum member come on & say they've been "BANNED" by XYZ casino because they've won TOO MUCH MONEY.

ddarko

thank you one and all for taking the time to reply......

I still struggle to get my head around why they have done this, going from a monthly limit win, to no limit but a structured pay out per month......

Perhaps a new CEO or something ??

As always anymore views are greatly appreciated  8)

Can't remember who, but someone said Wm. Hill banned him for winning very little.

TCS - You are correct. I just did a search & found a thread = William Hill A*sholes.

Niksa using a bet method via Drazen (as mentioned by Niksa) shows copies of many, mostly small, transactions. This led to WH blocking his play & their notification that they didn't have to give a reason etc. etc.

What is noticeable is the many small withdrawal transactions. Many daily & one I noticed had 3 small withdraws on the same day.

In any casinos eyes this would surely show up as unusual betting account patterns & so draw attention to your plays. They also know that succesful small bet methods eventually allow much higher bets all off the back of the casinos money.

If you were in the casino business TCS would you allow players like Niksa to keep on keeping on ?

As a "WHAT IF", perhaps the outcome would have been entirely different if Niksa had made block withdrawals, say once per fortnight ?

As the amounts involved were quite small I don't see that too much of an issue for WH (sure even small amounts add up) but perhaps it's the numerous small transactions that costs them admin.time & therefore more money than it's worth ?

Looking at it in isolation it's a big deal but the other side of the coin is WH's total daily payouts, probably in the 10's of thousands. Surely Niksa wouldn't be the only player that WH blocks for too many small transactions ? Hundreds daily is multi thousands yearly.

Now I have no ax to grind with W.H.  Know nothing about them.  However, it seems to me if they are against the type of activity you describe, their computer would be programmed to only allow withdrawals of a certain amount or have a time limit like one withdrawal every two weeks.  And they could have notified him of their irritation and asked him to stop.

As I recall, they told him he was welcome to play RNG.

That's the way I see it.
