I've been playing this using 2:1 bets with great results.

Track dozens and columns for at least 24 spins.

We are looking for a dozen or column that hit approximately 70% or less of the normal dispersion. 

If we don't have a dozen or column that qualifies after 24 spins, keep tracking until one qualifies.

Once we have a qualifier, begin betting on it using the Penthouse progression of 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 5 5 6 6 7 7 8 8 9 9 etc...  If you don't understand how to use the Penthouse progression, search this forum for it and you'll find explanations galore.

We bet until our dozen reaches 90% of the normal dispersion or we win 5 units.

Once we win 5 units or our dozen reaches 90% of it's normal dispersion, we recalculate and pick a new dozen.  If we didn't reach our 5 unit target, we continue betting on our new dozen using the same Penthouse progression we left off with.

No need to start tracking from the end of the 1st attack.  Continue tracking while you're playing so you're ready to switch after ending the previous attack.

If you have a clear dozen and column qualifying, why not play them both at the same time?

GLC, If I understand, lets say:
First 36: REDS: 12, BLACKS: 24.  a trigger, starting flatbetting with 1 unit for the next 26 spins
Next 36: REDS: 16, BLACKS 20 .  (reds start being more than previus 36 spins but not yet overcome blacks)  B/R: -4. Now for the next 36s we bet with 2 units. 
Next 36: REDS 10, BLACKS: 26 .  (not strange, because in 108 spins we have totally 38 REDS and 70 BLACKS an acceptable rate for 108 spins) B/R: -36 (-4 from the previus 36s and -32 from the third 36s).
So, in 108 spins we are -36 units.
What we do now?
We continue with the next 36 spins  flatbetting 3 units, and then the nexts 36s with 4 units ...  till get a positive B/R?
