Hi Everyone,

When you look at this page of spielbank weisbaden says they have french roulette

link:://:.spielbank-wiesbaden.de/franz-roulette.html?&L=1

and, if you click "table games" it also lists american roulette.

when I look at the spielbank weisbaden archives it looks like all tables are french roulette because I do NOT see any double zero ( 00 ) spins.

link:://:.spielbank-wiesbaden.de/index.php?id=82&view=archiv

If weisbaden does indeed have both types of wheel, can someone please tell me which tables are french and which are american.

Thank You

@ string

I think the "american roulette" tables are still single zero.

It's to do with the layout of the table  :thumbsup:

There are more bets available with "french roulette"

For example in the Uk most tables are "american roulette" but still single zero.

it is much easier:

American Roulette is now better known as European roulette (see BV)

American Roulette only means that there is only 1 Croupier on an american Style of Table and 1 Head for 2 Tables.
You can access to the table only from one side.
French Roulette means 3 Croupiers and 1 Head for each table. And you can sit at the table.You can acces to the table from 3 Sides.
Nobody in Germany would play American Roulette. Why pay 5,4% when you have the same game for 2,7%

At some casinos at American Roulette you can place your bets only by yourself.
At French Tables you can announce all kind of bets even ECs. And there are less spins per hour. Very slow tables.
