How connected is game timing and losing probability

We all know that longer u play -- more chances to get in trouble. But...

Let's say your goal is to make 50 units. Let's say u can make them in 90 minutes. Maybe more maybe less, I am just talking about some period of time u wanna play to achieve your goal.

So....
--You can play 90 minutes, then call it a day.
--You can play 30 minutes, make a break for 30 minutes then come back and so on
--you can play 30 minutes in a morning, then 30 in an afternoon, then 30 in  an evening

u can divide and spread this period time different ways. Any idea, what is the best way to reduce possibility of screw-up? From your experience? any ideas?

thank u

well for me, the stop loss or win target is more like a mental check, ie to keep the emotions in check. So once you're cool headed i guess its fine to go back in.

Cheers
