Any recommendations for a 4 street progression to recommend? I dun want to martingale :(

Chewy,  Since 4 streets are a dozen, you could use any dozen progression but it'll just be times 4.  I recommend the penthouse method which I will give a short example of below. 

Also you could try an Oscar's Grind.  Bet 1 unit on all four streets until you win.  After every win you add 1 unit to each street.  Continue until you reach a positive balance or your win target.

Penthouse line: 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 etc...  Each number is times 4  since you're breaking your dozen into 4 pieces.  Move one step to the right on a loss and 2 steps to the left on a win.  You can modify your movements for added risk or lessor risk.  You could move 2 step to the right on a loss and 3 steps to the left on a win.  You could move 1 step to the right on a loss and 1 step to the left on a win.

Another way is to expand or contract your line and maintain the standard movement of 1 to the right on a loss and 2 to the left on a win.  Some examples follow:

1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 5 5 6 6 7 7 8 8 etc...   more aggressive example
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 etc...  even more aggressive example

One point to consider is as you go further down the line, the recovery power of each win is diminished making it much more difficult to reach a positive balance.  That's why you will get suggestions to make the steps larger and larger the further to the right you get in the line.

An example: 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 5 5 5 7 7 7 9 9 9 12 12 12 16 16 16 20 20 20 25 25 25 etc...

A final comment.  Playing until you reach a new high bank balance is the safest way to play.  Unfortunately, it can also be much more of a grinder method.  If you just continue in the line making the appropriate bets until you reach a predetermined win target, you will usually reach that target much more quickly than resetting after each positive attack.  The obvious danger is that you may be betting rather large bets and just get to a positive balance and then go into a losing series of spins that will drive you into the hole quickly and raise the size of your bets substantially.  To each person his own kind of poison.

Neither concept guarantees success.

I might add that all progression have the same inherent pros and cons.  Different ones suit different situations.  Factors that matter are the player's risk tolerance, his bankroll size and how big the spread is from minimum to maximum bets on the table.  This spread issue can be mitigated by moving to a larger unit size table if the your bet sizes get too large and you have enough risk tolerance and bankroll to weather the possibility of a larger loss if the unimaginable happens.  And there's always a possibility that it can happen.

I close with my mantra for roulette:  As long as there are numbers that will cause you to lose your bet, random can and eventually will throw enough of them at you close enough together to overwhelm any progression!

As our friend Boombacha told me, she's realized that dispersion is the real danger. Even with a small advantage, dispersion can wipe you out.  So for her, roulette is played recreationally and with money set aside for entertainment.  Shows a lot of wisdom if you ask me.

Hi  Chewenhua, i recommand you to use possitive progression for 4 streets :
+1 on each street after win /  -1 on each street after  3 LLLs ( or -2)
reset to 1 unit when new high or when close to the last high

Can start online with other unit size like 0,20 per street or any other....
