I was perusing different gambling boards and came across the notion that
is an 'Optimum Time' to play, like between 2:30pm and 3:45pm for example.

The math is still the same (casino edge), but in such a time would there more likely to be a dealer signature or a dozen/even chance hit 10 in a row? Or even the slots being hot at that time?
