Binary EC bets

By using some simple binary digits we can find out all the possible outcomes in EC bets. This is correct when playing in no zero roulette.
For example for Red/Black sequenses of 3 spins we will get one out of them each time:

is there someway we can calculate all possible combinations including zero like in european roulette for given number of spins?

PS: I found a topic that was referring to a system that can be found on vlsroulette. i searched for it on vls but couldn't find anything... could someone help me find it if he/she knows it?
