Without having the encryption program and key you would not be able to get to the file anyway.  This type of encryption was popular about 10-15 years ago.

I also didn't encrypt the file inside so that it would be easier. If it was then it would have been impossible - and I wanted to see if anyone thought outside the box and didn't focus entirely on the image in the photo.
Those were the good old days Lucky for me, I keep everything... the new progs the encrypt with backdoors or can be brute force opened are useless but people still swear by them because they don't know any better.
I made sure to make this so it could be worked out if someone had found the clue.
