Odds and payouts are different things. If either the odds or payouts don't change, then the result is the same - eventual loss.

Very good, but those 11 are not a single group on the wheel, but i get what you are saying, 1 in12 spins

@Notto

Since it is mostly RNG, it should be the same to look for unhit sector on mat, no?

Well just come off multi player 7 mini games or lines of tracker +116. some of the lines didn't even get a sector to bet, the last line sector 2 to 1, 18#'s missed for 6 so in i went, #2

I have a sector strategy by where you follow the sector of 18,

Let's say 0 is the 1st number spun we split the wheel in half (in this case would be 0 to 5 and 10 to 32.

We play watch the next 2 spins to find out what side the ball lands. If on both spins the ball lands in specific side then we bet the opposite.

Let's say the number 18 and 1 were the next 2 numbers to show, we would now bet 10 - 32 on a neighbors betting format, increasing our bet every time we lost.

Another example;

First number spun is 25

Split the wheel 25 to 14 and 31 to 2. 1st spin is 16 so we are in the 25 to 14 half. Next spin is 29. We now start again from 29, split the wheel again 29 to 13 and 7 to 27.    29 16 as you can see these two numbers are now in the 29 to 13 half. Next spin is 33. We now bet the 7 to 27 half.        Do you understand what I'm doing?  I am following the previous numbers so that I am always playing the half of the wheel which has been unseen for 3spins. And playing against the half of the wheel which has hit 3times in a row.
This time next year rodney we'll be millionaires

Daughter come back with some live spins from Aspers, Boom, bust, sector 33 to 28 took 17 spins.
Whether it could keep in front, who'd know, so let this fade away

Anyone tested this?
If you think you can, You can. If you think you can't, you are right.

There are actually certain transient conditions which cause the ball to stay in in the same sector more often than chance may suggest.

See my thread: link:s://:.rouletteforum.cc/index.php?topic=25908.0
for proof of this.

There are other conditions which cause the ball to switch more often than average. Good luck if you haven't worked out which or none may be happening  because you could either be betting at a 10% disadvantage or a 5% advantage

I didn't read from the start,  last time I divide the wheel into 3 sectors:
sector 1: 32 - 13, sector 2:  36 - 20, sector 3:  14 - 26.( let's forget 0)
all is 12 numbers, these 12 numbers can be "no hit" up to 22-25 times.
Best way is, if spin no. 1, and spin no. 2  in  sector 1 (follow 1 time), then you bet sector 1.
It's very slow and boring. You can make mild progression or flat bet, once the dealer is fatigue or dealer change, you will get a lot of hits in the same sector (up to 6 - 7 times).
