Progression bets are nothing more than different size bets on different spins. You could get lucky and win big, or unlucky and lose even more.

Hello, everybody.
I have a question to all of you.

If we bet
1st spin       1 unit on RED
next spin    1 unit on ODD
And so on to infinite (each spin 1 unit on different EC)...

Question:

This "bet selection" (call it however you like) is
STATIC    because the payout is always the same
Or
DYNAMIC     because the playing position changes at every spin

???

Thanks

Sounds rather arbitrary...? According to your definitions of static and dynamic the answer is both as both is true for your example, right?

What you getting at? You thinking we should be changing playing position and payout each spin?

Dynamic mixed with against patterns
the key to winning with systems : play for a statistically irrelevant number of spins

I wanted to hear some opinions on this, because it's important to define what is a dynamic bet. As all of us know that a static bet will always lead to the house edge.
Anybody can define what is dynamic bet in roulette?

I would call it a STATIC bet. Because what you are doing is betting on a predefined set of 18 numbers every spin. Every spin the 18 numbers change, but at spin number 1 you know what you are going to bet on spin number 3,4,5,6,7 so on.

For me a bet is DYNAMIC, when your bets change based on certain conditions. If 1, then I do 2, else I do 3.

The converse is not true. Dynamic bets as per the above definition can also lead to the house edge.

And if we bet on last 18 numbers, it will change constantly and will depend on previous result (or next 18 numbers will depend on last result). In your definition it will be dynamic? Can you make an example of your definition of dynamic, please.

Atleast we can say that a dynamic bet is a step forward to success.
