To any readers of this debunked topic, for starters, the book in question was written in 1924 by an author named J. M. Down, under the nom-de-plume " Billiken".
The so-called "Fisher Strategy", according to the legendary BS fabricater, Martin Silverthorne, just "happened" to fall out of the back of the book, and was neatly handwritten on a few looseleaf pages.
According to his Fable, the book had lain idle for years, and the notes in the back, in french no less, just now happened to draw his attention!
Ask yourselves this, if this really was the "Holy Grail", (which it is not!) why didn't "Silvertongue" just start making an ever increasing fortune out of it?
When I personally see him driving his Lamborghini onto the airport restricted apron, and then boarding his private jet, I may start taking him more seriously!
