How do you use chaos, can you give some examples

I found that chaos theory works best on outside bets with positive progression and decide not to play on numbers never more. But my system not working on computer rng simulation, only on real wheel and ball like ( electronic roulette or live roulette ). Here is 200 spins from electronic roulette.
