That's sucks they would limit bets like that.  Maybe betting 2 dozens and 1 double street might work

They for some reason see 5DS as a threat to the casino so they eliminated it

Soon we will have 3 seconds to bet with new rules and only bets he casino deems allowed

Ive never heard of this. Theres no good reason I can think why theyd do that. Ive heard of blocking progressions to prevent large lucky wins, but never specific bets like that.

can be counter productive, if could lay more units and they reckon they will always win, aren't they missing out on unlaid units
