This was inspired from my old system "Singles to Doubles", This may work, this may not work, (can't say yet, only did one test...)

Trigger: Wait for two of the same color RR or BB (After a switch of colors), Now you bet that a third of the same kind will hit, -You bet ONCE then STOP (and wait for a new trigger). You bet All numbers of the particular color EXCEPT those 3 numbers within the current Doublestreet hit (15 numbers bet).

Progression -none- FLATBET

This is such a "typical chart"--> You win some, you lose some, but in the End you should win more than you lose.

I play with a different bet now, No numbers bet within the current doublestreet hit AND no numbers bet within the current Columnstreet hit. 13-15 numbes bet.
