also don't blame the game for your results, unless you have the hg.

hg? I don't even know what that means, but like I said, my method just goes up and up and up. Not up and down like a yoyo.  :girl_to:

I checked the spin file and found this:

From spin 712:
22
7
7
7
24
7
27

from spin 973:
21
7
7
7
31
24
7
34

This is not so abnormal. The sequences are close, but not exact. I've personally seen the same number spin 3 times consecutively many times. The fact that 7 spins 3 times consecutively in two relatively close groups is not unrealistic too. Rare, but not unrealistic.

Again I import spins only from profiles of my players that meet specific requirements, and are likely to be from real wheels. The rules are quite reliable, but nothing is 100% certain.

Also if everyone prefers RNG from something like a True RNG dongle, we can do that too.

Anyway the numbers above are not the game software. They are the spins I uploaded. If anyone feels strong about it either way, let me know.

Also on any important issues its best to PM me because I too easily miss threads. I almost missed this one.

Steve

I used the pattern detector (published freely) to check and each number has consecutive runs around the same amount of times each in the whole spin file. Around 5-8 times in the whole file for each number. So there are multiple sets like:

0
0
0

or

34
34
34

It's just rare to have it happen twice so close together.

So there is no bug in the software. If there is any problem, it would be with the spin file but I had a closer look and couldn't find anything problem with it either.

Is it possible the spin file has bad spins? Yes, but it's unlikely. Again in this case the sequences arent that extraordinary.

Well then, I guess I got duped by the closeness of the two very similar events. I suppose I should know better...

Sorry Steve.

Steve

No probs they were very similar
