Procedure: Track until you have three
consecutive unique singles. 

Bet those three continuously until you have three
new unique singles.  Bet those new spin-values instead.

Stop on a win or after 12 total consecutive misses.

Bet 12,3,9:    1.) 13(x)-1               2.) 21(x)-1

3.) 21(x)-1               4.) 0(x)-1               5.) 23(x)-1*

My guess for this one is that you asked your

Much more interesting - where do you get all
your ideas? Your brain must be a whirlwind of
ideas.

Anyway it seems a reasonable expectation that
one of three numbers will repeat in 20-or so spins.
